Errr. My ass needs some serious kicking.
The past two days haven’t been exactly super healthy.

I think the moment you start you start to really lose weight is when you realize that the reason why you don’t want to grab that burger is because you love your body too much to pollute it with that crap. It’s when you stop infront of the fridge and close it because you realize that you’re not hungry.
It’s when food finally stops being the boss of you.
